“Angels Club Ltd.” (the “ACL”) is a new Israeli Investors Club that was founded by a group of business advisors and attorneys, sponsored by "The Israel Export and International Cooperation Institute".
The executive manager of the ACL, Mr. Avi Raveh, is an experienced business advisor and manager of several corporations.
The ACL consists of a group of people desiring to invest jointly in companies/entities. By joining the other group members in the ACL, each investor materially increases its powers of negotiation as part of a large group, vis-à-vis the entities in which the funds are to be invested.
