Metalgrass software (by Ron Mertens) is now offering a free toolbar for AdSense publishers. The toolbar can monitor the AdSense account, offering easy access to basic statistics. It also include popular links and blogs related to web publishing and AdSense, and a few other gadgets. The toolbar was built using Conduit's platform.
Zend to offer new version (3.0) of its PHP Zend Platform server software

In 3.0, they offer three different packages - for small businesses (Performance Server), IS for integration with Java and SNMP, and Enterprise version. Pricing starts at 1,500$ for the PS version.
MediaBoost develops AdWords optimization software

They claim that their software can raise the effectiveness of an AdWords campaign by 36%. They charge 3-4% of the ad budget, and target ad campaigns larger than 50K$ a year.
