Zend raised 7M$ from TriplePoint

After having layed-off 30 employees this year, Zend has raised 7M$ from TriplePoint, in what is their fifth investment round. Zend is developing tools for the open-source PHP language. The rumors are that this is an investment just before a buyout, possible IBM.
