StartupFactory will help startups with money and advice

Carmel Verania and other hi-tech veterans and leaders have established the StartupFactory partnership. They want to help new startups with money and advice. They want to help companies in their Pre-Seed or Seed stages. Not exactly an angel-club, and not exactly a VC, StartupFactory aims to begin in about two months.
