TypeMock Raises $1.5m

vccafe reports that TypeMock raised a first round from Evolution Venture Capital Fund.

TypeMock has developed unit testing software that saves users the need to ‘refactor’ and ‘restructure’ code in order to make it testable, self reported to be at “speed times”.

More news from TypeMock: Eli Lopian, the founder, blogs that Roy Osherove, one of most famous gurus in agile development, joined TypeMock.

Conduit Raises $8M More

Techcrunch reports that Conduit raised another 8M$ from Benchmark Capital. Conduit is cash-flow positive, and has more than 12M installed toolbars.

15 Israeli web 2.0 companies for a US tour

The Israeli-Californian commerce board has chosen the 15 Israeli web 2.0 companies to go on a tour in the US. The companies will meet with executives in Google, Microsoft, Yahoo and others. 

The companies are - 5min, PLYmedia, AllofMe, NuConomy, ClickTale, blogTV.com, Sportingo, PicScout, Qoof, 8hands, Velingo, Innovid, Semingo, PageOnce and Journeys.

Giza is raising 150M$ for their new fund

Giza is also making a new, fifth fund - with 150M$. They got a 30M$ investment from the government of taiwan.

Gemini closing their fifth fund, raised 140M$ out of 200M$

Gemini is opening a fifth fund, with a total investment of 200M$. Currently they have closed 140M$. Gemini will invest in Software, communication, semiconductors, cleantech and internet.
